I posted this back on the Toyota and NX forum. But since Toyota and Lexus seem to use the same door hinges (my ew 2020 matches the 2007 Solara we have) I bought these a little while back. They are simply a plastic cover piece that hides that ugly bolt/hinge on the front of the door. I noticed that Lexus provides a cover piece for the rear striker latch but nothing for the doors.

They are about $10 or less on amazon. But they simply snap on. Small finishing piece that most probably won't even notice, but it's a tiny thing and it looks nicer and is more finished.
