Default Active Sound Control Cuts Out

I have something weird happening. When I turn left the car sputters - not mechanically, but the active sound control coming into the cabin. It seems to be cutting on and off.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas what it could be? I recently put on an aftermarket cat back exhaust. This issue never happened prior to the install.

Any help here would be most appreciated.

The exhaust should not cause anything like that. Can you make a video of it? How would you describe the noise?

There is no ASC in sport or normal mode. Try doing the same exact turn in normal or sport mode and see if you still get the same issue. If that is the case then ASC is not the cause. If you don't get the issue then ASC speaker circuit might have an issue.

You car is still under bumper-to-bumper warranty. Why not have the dealership check it out?

I may not be precisely correct about how it works within the circuitry but close enough.

It's interesting Lexus seems to source its electrical energy storage devices from Panasonic. OEM car battery is Panasonic and then to see this too.

I think I am going to have to take it in. It has to be the ASC. It is getting worse. Now it cuts in and out while driving in a straight line.

Does anyone know where this module is located? I can’t find anything searching on line.

What was the result of the test driving in normal or ECO mode? No ASC in those modes. Even SPORT has no ASC. Only SPORT+

That is why I know something is wrong. My ASC is on all the time. It definitely is this. All modes create the same issue. It is louder in the Sport Modes.

It is the ASC cutting out. Car runs great. No odd sounds coming from outside.

The interior noise coming in cuts in and out like a loose speaker wire.

I will book an appointment for next week sometime.
