This may not be possible, BUT, has anyone done or is there a way to install lane departure and/or the pre-collision system in an RCF that does not currently have it? I found the wiring, hardware/modules through a parts supplier.

my GSF did not come with the safety+ also, though it is a 2018, and when I asked my dealer, they told me they get a lot of complains about it, because it is intrusive when driving especially in city driving with a lot of stop and go. i did not buy what they said. and i think they just wanted to save on the cost of the car and profit on the sell price. i asked my dealer if they can add it, and they told me that it is a very high cost and might cost upward of more than $10,000 to do and add. the car was not bought in the states as i reside and live saudi.
unfortunately, that was the only GSF they had at the time, and to be honest, I did not mind it because for me it was not a big deal, though it would be nice to have all this technology to experience it.
I did try to locate parts for it, and did find some lexus part sites that do carry some of the parts for the safety+ option, but never found one that have the whole system. I'll be interested too to know how much it costs in parts and installation.
