Just started looking at RCF
Thanks MoarLow
First, I am looking at the Macan GTS. It does a lot of things very well for a midsize SUV. Plus the gauge cluster is very familiar.
I have seen some pics of the orange RCF and it is stunning, but still not for me. Best of luck with your sale. I understand the M2 is quite the package as well.

seems a little high. end of march this year i bought my 2017 liquid platinum with 13,800 miles, certified, the exact same build minus orange calipers and plus all weather package for $50.5k USD. mine had more miles but imo 9,000 miles difference is negligible for this car. i'm not a fan of the orange calipers...personal preference. the rc f market has also come down a bit in the last 6mo's.
fun fact: one of the things i thought was cool about buying certified is the two extra years on warranty AND the warranty also converts to unlimited miles.
good luck.

After driving the 911 for 3 years, I will agree that it is one car that does most everything well.
Regarding the blue RCF, I found after doing due diligence that body and paint repair was performed ($2,600) on the car yet it has a clean carfax and the dealer did not bother to mention. Even though it was not major damage, it is enough for me to move on. Unfortunately, finding a RCF local is not going to happen, need to go to Northern VA or MD.
I may also look at LC500 while there looking at RCF. Am I crazy? I am finding that the LC has a faster depreciation curve and "financially" looks like the better deal. I guess I need to drive both.

I noted a large number of service entries which I thought was odd for such a low mileage car so I asked dealer for maintenance print out so I could determine the reason for large number of service visits.
It showed up on the maintenance summary report.
Due diligence is your friend when buying a used car.
The car fax stated "no issues reported" on the accident/damage description.

Thanks for that! Something to keep in mind for me moving forward. I asked for and looked at the CPO inspection sheet and noted that it was odd that this vehicle with only 5k miles had a missing shift **** (wondering if car was abused). I had been watching this same car for months, but it was simply too overpriced for me (price had been dropping recently, but still overpriced imo, especially for a 2017 with no tvd). I noticed the dealer increased the price back to 59k since you inquired about it lol. That seems kinda shady to me, so, I could see this dealer concealing some information about damage from you too. I'm steering clear of that car and that dealer as well...
they did raise the price. That sure is odd marketing.
