Thanks all.

silver is not something i want. Two previous cars were silver so my goal is to stay away from it this time.

Found another one. 2015 L-certified white/red with 11k miles. All options EXCEPT performance package. Asking $46.9k. I think this is way over priced even with certification but dealer won’t budge so i’ll Likely pass.

most of my driving will be done on local/highway so performance package doesn’t sound like a must have but something nice to have. Leaning towards option #3 Gray/red with 26k miles for $43k but dealer won’t budget a penny on it. Pricing doesn’t include my state/county tax which will be another $3k on top. Trying to decide what to do.

Likely going with option #3 this weekend. Dealer confirm two sets of keys available. It’s not a Lexus dealer (BMW dealer) so are there any other things I need to be asking for that would have came with the original purchase besides keys, Operation/manual book, cargo net, mats...etc? Anything specific w/ RC F model?

No, that is some additional cost thing as far as I know. I received two key fobs. No credit card key.

Credit card keys are available but were not offered as standard equipment in the US.

I have one for my IS F and my GS F, but neither were sold to me with the car.

How much did each CC key set you back?

With 26,000 miles on option #3, you might want to check brake front break pad and rotor wear. If they have not been replaced yet, you may be due for some unexpected cost? Confirm tire tread also?

$246.28 for the credit card, $31.68 for the flat hard key that slides into the credit card from site sponsor MyLParts. I programmed them myself with Techstream.

Per dealer, i'm told car still has original pads/rotors so that cost is expected although not sure when. i'm going to ask for inspection report (if available since this isn't a lexus dealer) to see how many mm pads have left. Was also told tires are still original however only have approx 10k miles on them b/c previous owner had aftermarket wheels/tires so took out the original then remounted when he sold the vehicle. Provided that's true, hopefully i still have 20k-30k tread left on them (is that typical with Michellin Pilot ?)

Brake pads are probably worn, so I would bargain with the dealer. Inform dealership that worn break pads prevent you from buying the car, but if they replace pads themselves, then you have a deal.
Or...anybody can replace those break pads, so ask if they would install new brake pads, and you could negotiate a price on how much they would charge you for their cost. I, would also try a deal with tires, to see how much they would charge you for a set, and have them install them for free.

Unfortunately we're set on price at this point. I accepted that with the understanding that pads/tires are original. Been tough to find low-mileage 2015 model with performance package included. This car has all options but the all weather package.

Thanks for the reply though.

Yea, I had to go with my used RCF even though it was not perfect. Other option was to wait, and now I'm glad I did not wait because I have enjoyed my 2105 for a long time!

The FSM says the pads are good to 1mm, but the sensors will tell you to change pads at 2mm. AMHIK. The factory front pads aren't too pricey, but the rears are ridiculous.
