Does anyone know the size of the rcf battery. Ive seen on the forums that it uses a size 34, however the gsf and isf use a size 24. Just want to make sure beforehand.

From my experience with Lexus, I have found that they all take either a Group 24 or 24F, depending on what side the stock battery is located. Both batteries are the same size but with different polarities. Batteries mounted on the left (passenger side) a Group 24, on the right a Group 24F.
Edit - Looks like I was wrong! I did further searching and came up with this:

For people searching for this on the run (like I had to after a battery died while in a parking lot) the 24/24f is *not* the right size. I bought one and tried.
You need to find a H6R for the battery to fit into the plastic battery surround correctly. An H6 is the correct size, but the terminals will be on the incorrect side.
I replaced the H6R when it was dying with a duralast group 34 AGM. Not exactly the same size but fits good enough to not have to change anything. More CCAs. About the same weight, tho.
Yes, the Lexus guys, and the Interstate battery finder site both state the correct size battery for the RCF is the H6R. Well... here's my story from yesterday. Went to a Interstate dealership and asked if they had a H6R sized battery for my RCF. Yes they did, in fact they brought it out. Then I stated I would be back in a hour with my RCF for them to install it. Came back, and it was hell to fit!!!! Yes the bottom battery tray is the correct size for a H6R, but there's a whole lot of up top fittings that are in the way to actually drop it in that bottom tray, mostly non-flexable battery cables that don't want to move out of the way, so that the H6R battery can be dropped in. I didn't like the idea of putting so much strain on these in the way electrical wiring parts, so I agreed with the Interstate manager to install the MT-34 battery. This MT-34 is just about 1 inch less width, so that it could be more easily dropped in without damaging any of the electrical fittings. My take on this is, replace the H6R with a group 34 battery, (as others have stated), so that you don't wind up with possible electrical connectivity issues in the future, or during installment. Yes, I could of gone to a Lexus dealership and had them install the H6R, but I wonder what possible damage they could of done to the wiring to make it fit.

None. The IS F and GS F are the same with a proper size battery. It's not pretty, but it's really difficult to damage the wiring. You'd have to be really trying to hurt something.
