I have the full set. It's awesome, excellent cold bite which only gets better as it heats up. You can really feel the weight difference. My RC-F isn't my daily driver, it is a spring/summer car only here in the Pacific Northwest, which means around 3K miles per year. Had them since last year and put about 2K miles on them with no signs of wear, mostly street spirited driving too, no dust, no rust. And I know they will last forever, at least in my case, unless they sustain damage of course.

Yep this is what I am more than likely doing. I was considering RB two piece rotors. But I have prior experience with Giro discs and they are sound. Certain aspects intrigue me with RB two piece rotors but I'd rather not buy something then not like it for whatever reason and be out that money when I know if I stuck with my gut on something knowing it was something that worked.

If I was on Ron's level I'd love to get the CCBs!! But I feel like no one can really compare with him on here.... he's on a whole other level.

I'm curious if the track edition rear CCM rotors fit the stock calipers. RB/Figs was able to offer fronts for our cars because the disk is the same size as the 09 GTR, so they only had to make the top hat.

Just wondering how much has changed in the 3 years since this thread was started now that there's an oem option out there.

I would like to know this also. Is there an OEM kit out there from the TE / Fuji versions?

Rear rotors on the RCF TE or FE are about 1 inch wider than the factory RCF rotors. You'll probably need to get the RCF TE/FE rear rotors as well.

Forgot to add it's cheaper to go the TE/FE brake set up vs these aftermarket set ups.

Hi Steve, I assume you meant you would also likely need the rear calipers as well?

The TE/FE rear calipers overhang the non TE/FE rotors by .5 inch. So yeah the regular RC-F rear calipers will not work on the TE/FE CCM rotors.

Go to Mylparts.com. It’s all there.

Looks like $11,338 if I've chosen the right parts.

It's crazy to me that the calipers are so cheap...lol. At least the CC rotor isn't $3500+ like Mercedes.

Belle Lexus is running aa 12% off sale starting today through the 31st I think. Good time to buy something large like this... End up saving $1000+ ;-p

Looks like inflation has hit the Lexus parts too. Ugh.

Just to confirm, this means the rear calipers are different from the TE and the non-TE?

I'm trying to find out what is the rear brake pad size for the TE

Thats correct. Here’s a picture from another member who was doing this swap but ended up ditching the project as he sold his RC F.

He also stated that the rear pads he was going to use were from a 2014 lotus evora 3.5L V6.
Porterfield Brakes usually have drawings of brake pads on their website. They custom make brake pads.
