Default Dealer Only Settings

Does anyone know how to access the dealer only personalization settings on a 2017 RC F? The access seems to have changed from my '15.

There was an additional tab in the personalization area under vehicle. It was under. The lights setting. I believe it said other settings. I could change the daytime running lights or blinks of the turn signal from the default 3 or turn off the seatbelt chime. That section is no longer in that menu in my '17

On my 2015, Vehicle Customization shows: Door Lock, Climate, Lights but NO OTHER: Under lights, I can turn the Daytime Running Lights on or off. There is no place to change the blink count or seatbelt chime.
I had to use an ODBII device to change those settings. I used Carista.
I remember there was a complex way to set the blink count that did work before I got the ODBII device. It was a little tricky on timing and took several tries.

iMy dealer sent me the instructions on the blink count change using the washer stalk. Worked great. Chimes must be set with an OBD II per him as well. I do not know why my '15 had that additional menu but it made things very easy.
As an additional note, '17 does not have the accelerator lag of my '15.

These worked on an 2014 IS and an 2015 RC, haven't tried my RCF yet, but presuming it still does

The lane change flasher can be adjusted from no flashes, 3, 5, or 7 flashes
Adjustment procedure is:

1. Ignition OFF, hold the wiper switch in the all the way up (OFF) position, turn ignition ON, engine not running, and continue to hold the wiper switch in the OFF position for 5 seconds or more
2. Move wiper switch down 1 position and HOLD for 5 seconds or more
3. Move the wiper switch up to OFF position and hold for 5 seconds or more
4. Move wiper switch down 1 position and hold for 5 seconds or more
5. Release the wiper switch. The right turn signal should flash 1 time
6. Place the intermittent wiper rotary switch in one of the following 4 positions
-P1 - all the way down = 3 flashes
-P2 - 1 up from the bottom = 5 flashes
-P3 - 2 up from the bottom = 7 flashes
-P4 - All the way up = no flashes
7. Pull the turn signal switch down the lane change position (not the turn signal position) and release. The left turn signal should flash 2-4 times.
8. Turn the ignition OFF and then start the car and test.

Got it from the following post:
