Couls use some help. I have removed and have access to the mirror wire harness but unfortunately no multimeter. Can anyone tell me which wire is switch wire. Assuming black in the harness is ground. Thanks for help in advance.

 

Apologies, after further reading I remembered mine were different colors on my 15 RC F. As stated below and in many of the other links out there, some were blue, pink and even white for the 12v power. Again sorry if I caused any confusion and thanks to the guys below for helping me remember.

I personally went a different route via "Rain Sensor" monitor...
I can't take the credit for the idea, but I can for the CLEAN install...
Search the CL Forums for "Mirror Tap" and it'll turn up...

 

For my 2015 RCF: Blue is 12v switched. Purple (or violet, not sure of the color!) is ground.
