What happened to the seat ventilator/cooler post from the past?

Default What happened to the seat ventilator/cooler post from the past?

I'm trying to get my dealership to fix the non-cooling seat function on my RCF (my seats feel like they actually get warmer when i turn on the ventilated seat feature). I remember a good post discussing it in length and it's not these two below or the youtube video either:

I posted some info here #11
But I did not have a way to measure temp. Doing remember anyone posting a solution.
