I think it looks great. I was thinking about doing the same thing because that silver piece has water stains on it and I can't get them out.
Did you pull everything apart or just wrap it while it was assembled? If you pulled it apart, how much did you have to disassemble?

Yes you are correct, this is not the glossy look like our roof. It is more matte finish.
I should have asked them to apply a glossy clear coat over this but forgot.
I can probably do this later on.
This would probably protect the carbon fiber from rock chips also.
Anyways, I am happy that at least this matches the roof better than the stock version.
I have seen some carbon fiber door sills which are more glossy but not seen anything that would fit our front lip spoiler.
If there was one, am sure the price would be pricey as well and I did not want to spend a whole lot to just change up the look.
Had thought about doing the side mirrors also but that is harder to do since lot more curves.

I've always heard that the 4D looks closest to the REAL CF, haven't seen the 6D but that's what i've heard from the guys that do a lot of it.
