You also have to look at the base price of the car, if new it's 200k and you get it for 60k, does that mean the service gets adjusted because you paid 60k for it? How many V12 MB's do you see with someone who paid 4-5k for a 100k car and all the dash lights are on because the cost to fix is more then the car?

If you getting into the 100k+ car market the last thing you want to do is get the lowest cost car you can find because it may have a washed title or as Doug was saying need 10k in work.

So whats the final number? $52K? Maybe I might sell mine to Carmax before the lease ends and walk out debt free or with some $$$

Whats your residual? Best thing to do is go in to CarMax, get a quote, compare to residual. Doesnt hurt to if your residual is less then appraisal right?
