Are there any members here on Okinawa? I am here for a few months and would like to see if there are any meets I could come to and check out the F's, RC or IS, and how y'all are modding them here. Hoping to get some good ideas for my car at home. Thanks and hopefully someone responds because there is defiantly an F presence here, I see them pretty regularly going the other direction so can't really flag them down.

I was thinking the same thing as you a few months ago. I visit Okinawa almost every year and I was there this past July. I saw a handful of IS250s and that's about it. I visited the Lexus dealership in Naha and asked about accessories and car shops. They had nothing for me. I also checked some of my favorite car shops, but they are gone now. I did find a track in the northern part of the island, but it turned out to be for go-karts and it was closed. You should be able to spot some cars on 58 late at night. They might give you some info and you probably know about the spots behind Camp Kinser. There might be some places in the north, but now it's invite only for gaijins. I had a good time running my Skylines and Levin around that island, but I'm sad to say the car scene has definitely mellowed. If you do find anything, please let me know and I'll do the same for you. I'll likely be back there next summer.
