I like the new one better - it is white with red seats.

See the specs and packages for the new one here:

And, the CPO one, here:

There you go. Making progress!

I like the Orange, but I am biased and my Orange gets a whole lot of attention. The CPO is pretty cool, but you should be able to buy extended warranty on new Lexus at cost and purchase the maintenance plan if that concerns you. All things being equal, new would be better than previously titled with over 10,000 miles.

Get the new one. I think this car looks best in white - it shows every line really well.

I'm in northern VA. I got a $74k brand new RC F for a ~$57.5k plus tax and fees. Just over $60k overall. I dealt with Lexus or Rockivlle. PM if you want more info.

Just contacted them. They have a silver one that looks nice. Let's see if they can make the same deal.

I have a car that I need to trade-in or sell that I'm getting screwed on at this point. I paid $26,000 and owe $12,000. It's a year old. They offered me $15K, and after arguing, are now offering $16.4K. Might have to sell privately, that's quite a loss for a car that has been garage kept and taken care of nicely.

Having a trade certainly gives them more room to bring the price down.

Thanks! Sold my other car to Carmax (highly recommend) so it was just a straightforward sale.

What is it? Definitely try Carmax. You get a quote in 30 minutes and it's usually somewhere between dealer and private party.

Can anyone give me an idea about maintenance costs? Brakes, oil changes, etc.?

Carmax will give me $19K for my car - very good!

Insurance will be $125/m and that's with $250 deductibles and $1 million liability coverages.

Anywhere to buy brake pads online for the RC F? I see them at dealer sites, but quite pricey.

How long will a set of pads left on this kind of car? I won't drive it hard and mostly drive highway.

Brake job is about $1,700 at dealer. I think Carbotechs are about 1/2. Brakes should last you about 30,000 if primarily cruising. Good idea kdu had about Carmax.

Don't let brake pad and tire costs deter you from having a big smile on your face everyday when getting into you bad **** white RCF with red seats.

True... I must admit that this is a very fine automobile. I had a BMW M5 before my Mazda. It is the worst car I have ever owned, and spent more days in the shop than the time that I owned it (only 6 months). It burnt a hole in my wallet, new hydraulic unit, brakes, rotors, clutch position sensor, thermostat, battery cable, and many more. $15K in repairs the six months that I owned it and it was beginning to have engine problems when I sold it. It only had 70K miles, and the engine needed new rod bearings.
