Default Something Different - IIHS Safety Rating

Ok - so how about a slightly different take on car performance ? http://www.iihs.org/iihs/ratings/veh...oor-coupe/2015 RC has a Top Safety Pick + rating.

The RCF might fare even better than the RC in the T-Bone crash because of the seat bolstering(?).

Not positive but I don't think they would provide any real driver protection in a side impact. Have a look at this video. http://www.iihs.org/iihs/ratings/veh...or-coupe/2015#

Yeah, that's the vid I was looking at. The RC's seats aren't quite as form fitting as the RCF, so I was just speculating. Hope to never test it though!

I think the extra weight helps in a crash, especially compacted in coupe form.
