You can verify that with the poster of the video. In case you did not notice, it is in quotes since that phrase is directly lifted from what the poster of the video claims the ISF amount to in terms of dyno'ed numbers.

So you've verified yourself with the video owner that the ISF was modded? I'm assuming you did since you put "MODDED ISF" in your title, can you please enlighten all of us to what mods this ISF has?

Now back to reality, in order for that ISF to make 420whp on an average reading dyno, he would probably be full bolt on with a tune.
