Yes, the full package. The remote option is worth its weight in gold IMHO as that's the best feature of the whole system. It's really amazing how just opening up that additional port on the mufflers can make such a drastic difference. I would love to find a dash mount rocker switch option though that fits next to the Apexi controller.

I think he was referencing the keyfob wireless remote vs. the dash (wired) switch for the GTC system not having a valved vs non-valved system (GTC vs GTS). It is an add on option similar to how you can add titanium tips, black chrome tips etc.

Ah.. yeah. The kit did include the wired option but the included switch is super bulky and still requires you to hold it one position. The black box that it's attached to is so huge that I don't think it would fit behind the dash. What i would love is a simple rocker switch that can by flipped and forgotten about. I typically keep the valves closed as to limit the obnoxiousness.. but enjoy a nice burst every now and again for 5-60 seconds. It would be much easier while already driving to quickly flip a switch than hold a button for a solid 6-8 seconds which you're required to in order to fully open/close the valves. In fact.. I have been meaning to put this question/proposed mod to the community and see what we could come up with. Any thoughts?

Yes, I went with the key fob option and I highly recommend it.

Shot of the included switch assembly. Full size lighter for reference. This thing is huge.. there has to be a rocker switch mod..

I'm installing mine next month and plan on sending my flip switch to an electrical engineer to have them build me a factory looking switch to install in one of the blanks. It's shocking that a $5000 exhaust has such a cheap switch to activate the valves.

If you're going to that expense, then I would suggest going the extra step and finding a way to have a rocker switch instead of a momentary push switch. It's not only that the switch is bulky and ugly, it's that it still requires you to hold it down for 6-8 seconds which is a PITA.

Tired of these tin can look exhaust designs. They should be blacked out or made more OEM looking. We're no longer driving GTIs and Preludes.

Personal preference, just like your obsession with VW bug looking bubble machines AKA Porsche. What you "should" do is do whatever you want with your own car..

Thanks for sharing this. My exhaust is on order. I did order the key-fob but I too was hoping for an OEM looking rocker switch to place in one of the blanks. From the videos I have seen holding the remote for 8 seconds seems like a PITA.
