Good thing is Flat black mufflers or just the face can be done easily by the purchaser or installer

YOU HAVE to give it that new look. It doesn't come like that. But with crooked mufflers, it should.

I think you're stating the obvious since my post says exactly that...

We purposely slanted the mufflers to help fill the large odd shaped hole..

They are NOT crooked..!!!

Super glad the large OEM oddly spray painted mufflers are right for you

I suggest you guys grab a set of headphones, go on youtube and search for these exhaust systems, there are many videos to help you get a feel for the sound and look of each. I decided on the non-resonated APEXi system, which I got for under $1,700 shipped through a distributor(should receive in a few days). Here's a clip of the same system on a RC F at the globaltimeattack event:

I think I'm going for the GTHAUS GTC Meisterschaft Musa exhaust. I really like the fact I can open and close the valve, plus the exhaust still sounds wicked nice closed. I'm thinking I'll save up and get the titanium and cut a little weight too. The price is a little high, but you get what you pay for, especially when it comes to performance.

I might regret this down the line, as I'm pretty sure it's not CARB legal and the cops will have a field day. But then again it depends how you drive, and where you do it. I won't have to smog it for awhile, so until then I won't have to worry about putting the stock back on.

In terms of power opened and closed, anybody know what that entails?

I dynoed with both valves closed and open and it made same power! 414 at the wheels.

Oh nice!! Good to know.
Did you go titanium or stainless? I was just thinking, I'm so eager to get the exhaust that I could get the stainless sooner. Or just screw it and load that puppy on a credit card Damn this modding frenzy mates!

Default Miami RCF

Anyone in the Miami area with either the Joe Z or GT Haus exhausts on their RCF want to meet up sometime? I would love to hear these 2 in person to help make a decision. From the videos I've seen the GT Haus sounds amazing but I wonder if it's going to be too loud for daily driving.

I went for the SS one.

And it's totally fine for daily driving.

There is no drone at all and with valves closed it sounds stock from inside you can ever hear the intake flap.

Hi Zippy! Just to give you an idea of what i experienced trying to buy the Ti exhaust. I ordered it a long time ago and was told i needed to wait 8 weeks, the 8 weeks went by and i was then told i needed to wait another 7 weeks! Fine....today i get a response saying the machine at the factory to build the Titanium unit is now broken and i can get a refund of my deposit or change it to a stainless steel exhaust. I have decided to go with the latter as i'm fed up waiting and ii think that there wont be that a huge a difference between stainless steel n titanium...the price difference is huge though!

Wongy, when did you first order and got the response that it was broken?

Hi ba2sy, i first ordered the parts back on 25th of Aug. Thats when i was told i needed to wait 8 weeks. I ordered via an authorised dealer here in Taiwan and the 8 weeks timeline was given by GT Haus in America. I then received a message on the 29th of October saying that there was an issue with the materials for the production of the Titanium unit and a further 7 weeks delay. 2 days ago i was told the machine was broken and asked to change to the stainless steel part.

Its just so frustrating dealing with GT Haus and the Taiwan dealer. The Taiwan dealer is probably the worst company i have ever dealt with. Here's why, back in Aug when i tried to order the parts i was told it would be 2 weeks to arrive in Taiwan, from reading the forum i knew there was a delay on all orders. Told them to check and they said yes it would only be 2 weeks but i need to pay half upfront as a deposit. After receiving my money thats when they said it will be 8 weeks instead of 2...what a bunch of crooks.

After reading this, I'm wondering if the message of a "broken machine" came from the Taiwan dealer or GT Haus themselves?

Unfortunately the Taiwan dealer said this was via phone conversation so no email from GT Haus themselves. I guess if anybody is looking for the titanium version they should double check with GT Haus.
