how long did you wait for you rcf
I just did a special order for my orange-red RCF. The dealer told me I need to wait for four months.
Just wondering how long did you guys wait for your car. Is four months too long or just a normal waiting time.
By the way, which color do you think is better looking for the car with red inside. I pick orange because orange and white are the same price so I decided to go with something differently. However, I do love white color and I only need to wait for one month to get white-red one. So here is the question, should I stay with orange-red or I change to white-red?
Thanks guys.
Oh, my first car is white IS250 but I wraped it into matte orange.

I do think blue would clash very badly with red interior tho , the USB in particular ...
A very dark blue should work OTOH ......

haha. I checked some orange rcf online, it was not that good as I except. I just called the dealer to change my order and they said the car should arrive in Feb. Thanks for your idea

I waited about 3 days. Picked up the phone and ordered it....salesman drove it over and that was it. I ordered mine from Jacksonville, FL. Four months!?! Are you crazy...
IMO the orange would look best with the black interior. I went with Ultra White and circuit red interior...although I was leaning towards an Ultra White with the black interior, but that car was down in Miami.

True. Dealers all have different allocations. To further complicate things, if you do a build on the Lexus US site, you will find some components (packages, accessories, etc.) are not available at this time.
I pre-ordered my carbon TVD RCF USB 2.0 in September, thought the car was being delivered in late October/early November, and then things slid into December and ultimately into 2015 as Lexus was not ready to release the production carbon components, i.e., roof and spoiler.
My carbon TVD was built this month, and it will touch US soil on Feb 20th. I should see it a week later for breaking in.
