There's a sheet that you would bring to the dealership at 1,000 miles for them to customize settings. I think you can search "dealer only settings Lexus" and find it. I don't remember if it was in the owner's manual. I found it on the Lexus website though. It's really up to you if you want to change anything. I think I just made the turn signal clicking a little quieter and disabled the seatbelt warning chimes. Might have made the headlights stay on a little longer when you get out of the car.
