Default CEL after header install

I recently installed some headers on my 15’ RCF and got the codes P0031. I know this one is probably the o2 sensors or the extension being melted so I plan on getting new ones to fix this, but it also threw on P062E. Is there anyone who knows anything about this? Will getting a tune fix the code?

Fix the primary issue, clear codes, then see if anything still comes back. A tune will not "fix" that type of problem.
