So I took my door panel off today to change the door speaker, everything was fine until it came to put the panel back. I almost dropped it but caught it and now I see that both doors ambient lighting isn’t on anymore. Did I rip a wire off the harness or something you guys think? Since I didint even get to the passenger side yet and that side is also off now.
Popped a fuse, maybe. Don't know if there is a separate fuse. Are all of your interior lights working other than the ambient door panel lights?
every light and feature works on the door, even the memoirs seats. The ambient lighting is the only part that doesn’t work. It also cut out on the passenger side even though I didint even touch that side

I'm in the same situation, did you ever resolve this?
so for my situation, I crossed a line from the ambient light harness (passenger side).
immediately after both driver and passenger side lost the ambient door light only, all other functions are good.
Power door lock, window switch, puddle light
Prior to crossing the line i was getting 9v from the harness, after crossing the line i was getting 0.2V from the ambient light harness.
No fuses were popped.
I been told for the RC if the fuses didnt pop its the Main ECU that took the hit.
seem like back in the day there were door ecu, however not for our platform.
