Footwell lights not working?
I think the current setup makes sense. The overhead light is led because its brighter and will last the life of the car and probably never have to be replaced. Putting an led into the foot well light would make it too bright for its use. The lighting there only needs to show the shape of the area for folks getting into and out of the car.
I replaced almost all the conventional lights in my past two cars with LEDs (RX and RC), and the extra light is great for the overhead lights, the mirror lights in the visors, the glove box and puddle lights, as especially the trunk light and the backup lights. I did not replace the foot well lights because there's nothing going on down there and there's just no need to light it up like a stadium.

LOL I traded up to my RC from an ‘18 Civic Si coupe because they were getting too common. It was a great little car and it was fun driving manual shift again. Since January when I got my RC, I have seen exactly 2 others and one of them was in the dealership showroom when I bought mine.
