Default Rc 200t water leaks

2016 rc 200t f has had the weather stripping changed on passenger door still leaks when it rains hard

mine has the same issue but it leaks when i get an auto wash. I'm going to use Wurth silicon to seal the front windsheild and rubber washer strip. (just trying it out to see if that stops this leak)

I think your right with the windshield cuase I noticed water on the center column but on the passenger side I'll have to see where its coming from

Why bother with sealants when you just had the stripping changed. Bring it back to the place that did the service have them do the job right. That's the risk when places save a buck and go with aftermarket parts.

I had the passenger door weather striping done at lexus but they couldn't find a leak then a week later it rained and I seen water on center console so I dont think it was ever coming from the door I'm going to take it back to lexus hopefully they can find where the leak is I dont let nobody but lexus touch my car

yesterday used the WURTH sealant and went to Auto Wash. No more leaks! YAY!

Typically frameless windows don't handle pressurized water as well as traditional designs. there's not much pressure or material between the glass and the seal so water can get in easier. i'd say, though, water shouldnt' penetrate anywhere when it rains. car washes are understandable since the water is pressurized shot at an unnatural angle
