Tinting taillights
Its a personal taste thing. Some people like the stock look, some like the darker red look, some like the black look. I personally like the dark red look, which looks classier to me. Some of the new Lexus models have changed to a darker red, but the RC has the lighter red look as stock.
First off, we don't want to tint them so much they block out a major percentage of light from passing through the lens. Secondly, have you not seen a pair of tinted lights ever? If you "smoke" the tail lights there is still plenty of light that shines through. Either way it's like the saying goes, To each their own. If you don't like it or have anything positive to say, don't say anything.

Yea i don't plan on smoking them out to the point you can't tell when i brake. I think smoking them out makes the car look a bit more appealing but that's just my opinion.
I painted mine on my last car, sanded with p800 on a sander, 2 coats of plastic adhesion promoter, and then added a few drops of 2K Jet Black to 150mL of clear coat, 2 or 3 coats of that with big flash off times, and then applied one coat of untinted clear for colour protection
