Default VIN Decoder

The VIN Decoder on Lexus is inaccurate for me.
I want to know if my car has the Dynamic Handling System but I'm unable to.
I bought this car used when it had 600 miles on it for an insanely good price. The previous owner told me, he paid around 54-55k so I'm hoping it is there but am not sure so does anyone know what is a way to tell?

First, Shadow's question is irrelevant and unlikely to lead to useful information.
Secondly, the car's VIN will not have that kind of detail, so there is nothing to be gained by gazing at the VIN.
Third, you seem to have listened to someone trying to sell you a car and did not verify his assertions. You should have asked to see the window sticker, a receipt, or should have run the VIN by a Lexus dealer to find out how the car is equipped.
The Dynamic Handling System is a rare and expensive option that includes, if I recall correctly, rear wheel steering. You could look to see if the rear axle allows this, or look to see if there is a cutoff button in the 6 button cluster to the left of the steering wheel. Since it's pretty rare, my wild guess is no.
Finally, an "insanely good price" sounds just like "too low to be believed." There is a reason not to believe prices that low (and we don't care what the OP paid, because we don't even know what the previous owner actually paid).
Really finally, it's too late to do anything about it, and I'm wondering why you are asking this question here, and not inquiring from a mechanic or, even better, a Lexus dealership.
