I had to pay $700 for a tuner for my 350z and that ECU wasn't even locked. I wouldn't trust plugging this thing into my RC F...
Edit:
Here's one of their products for a different vehicle. Look at the reviews. They also clam the same "up to 35 hp and 5 mpg gains."

Maybe it really works for some people, maybe it's in their heads? I'm leaning towards the latter. The company is probably just hoping to make money from the people who think it has improved their vehicle and the people who don't bother with trying to return it.

On the Amazon page, the company says (in answering a question) "Our performance chips safely optimizes [sic - should be optimize] your air/fuel ratio and timing curve for increased efficiency," which makes me wonder why Lexus did not do that. These guys must be smarter than all the engineers at Lexus since they can create this miracle boost in both performance and fuel economy for only $70.00.

Lol, go ahead & get it & let us know HOW it turns out.
'chips' are a scam, all they do is intercept the signals from various sensors and send false data to the ECU, typically resulting in the vehicle running a lean condition. more air = more power, but running lean = motor damage.
they do not TUNE the ECU, they simply send out false impulses to the ECU. you'll get the same result using a 3 cent resistor in the MAF sensor.
if you decide to install this you might as well get an electric supercharger for $70 and a throttle body spacer for $50 on amazon, then you'll have the full gambit of bolt on scam power.
and yes I got that the OP was in jest/sarcasm. and someone will buy it as there is a sucker born every minute, I'm just posting my $0.02

I've personally never seen these before though. However, I don't go looking for gimmicks like this
The shocking part is the positive reviews I seen on Amazon...

No, the Internet was wrong. You can't trust anything on the ole Interweb anymore.
