Default Potential new RC owner

I've been considering an RC over the past couple of weeks, but had some concerns.

-The existing Navigation system is really dated, especially with someone coming from a BMW. Is there any hope it might be significantly updated soon? It's a shame Toyota hasn't committed to CarPlay/Android Auto (yet?).

-The lack of "real" radar cruise control - the existing cruise control only works above 25mph, and doesn't function in stop and go traffic like the Mercedes/BMW solution does. I sit in a lot of stop and go traffic to/from work and would love this functionality.

-Is there a mid-cycle refresh in store soon?

That being said, i've gotten an offer for a new 2016 RC350 F Sport with Mark Levinson/Navigation, Fog lights and a few options (MSRP of $53K) for 47K. Is that a pretty good deal at the moment?

Also, how reliable has your RC been? Have there been lots of little issues/noises?

Also, aside from the engine, are there any differences between the RC200t and 350?

I'm not completely sure about when they will update the navigation again. With the RC being new for 2015 they already put their newest version on those cars, while other Lexus models such as the RX still had the old, super outdated looking version. As far as the cruise control, the RC has "High-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise Control." Models such as the RX and GS have "All-Speed Dynamic Radar Cruise control, which is what you're referring to as far as the BMW/Mercedes. I'm not sure why they do not include the All Speed on all of the lexus models, but hopefully it is something they will go to in the near future. Besides those things, 6k off MSRP of a new 2016 model sounds bery good.

Also, what were they thinking not making rain-sensing wipers available on the F Sport model? (and the triple-LED headlights would have been nice too - they are available in Canada on 350 models)

Considering I picked up a pre-owned 2015 RC Fsport for 44K, fully loaded...47K seems like a pretty damn good deal for a 2016 model.

To my knowledge there are no differences besides the engine.

My wife has 14k on hers, took delivery Dec 2014. No issues yet, car seems to be solid and tight.

This comes from me, with an LS460, so I have had my share of issues with noises (wind noise, windshield tick, headliner rattle, etc.) that are common to the LS. The RC has been absolutely silent so far.
