RC300 vs RC350

RC300 vs RC350
I'm in the market for either the RC350 F-Sport or RC300 F Sport. If I get the 350 I'd like to go for the RWD as I've never had a RWD GT/Sports car and want to see what all the fuss is about.
My main concern is that I live in KY where we do see a few snow days (typically less than 10). I've driven FWD vehicles my entire life and currently commute 70 miles round trip to work.
I plan on getting a winter tire & wheel package if I go for the RWD. I'm tempted to get the 300 just for the peace of mind and not having to swap wheels though I'd give up a couple of mpg's.
I've only driven the 350 AWD and the 200t, both non F-Sports. Both of them were fine on the short interstate test drive though I want the F-Sport
Has anyone driven the 350 and 300 and care to share their opinion?
Thanks.

Lexus Test Driver
While I have only driven the 350 F sport, I own the LS 460 pictured below. I drive it near Boston daily, and in the snow. It is RWD with 380hp. The traction control in the Lexus line is amazing. I have never gotten stuck or even close to it. I can floor it and the traction control kicks in and keeps me straight and moving. I would not be concerned one bit buying a RWD in KY. I'm not concerned about it up here and I'm running Pirelli P7 + tires on mine.

I appreciate the input. Sounds like if you're getting around fine on P7 performance tires in MA I shouldn't have too much trouble with a set of good winter tires here in KY. That way I can have the best performance with the summer tires and hopefully not have too much trouble in the winter. Thanks for your opinion!

Lead Lap
The RC 300 currently is only equipped with AWD. If you are looking for a RWD vehicle than your choices are the RC 200t or the RC 350. We do not get snow in L.A. but ive been to snowy terrain and the RC handled itself great. Halfway up the mountain i remembered to enable SNOW mode and it was just awesome. It felt like an AWD pressing right through the snow. All the F Sport models are virtually the same (besides the engine) i would drive all 3 to see if you feel a difference because the 200t gets to 60 in a sluggish 7.3 secs.. the 300 is better at 6.3 secs and the 350 does it in 5.6 secs.
Also the 350 F Sport costs only $575 more than the 300... $46,885 and $46,310 respectively. The 200t is very close at $44,100.
