I dont know if this was asked already, but what happened to GS style taillights? The lights on the RC are totally different compared to the spy pics. Or maybe we'll see them on the RC-F?
Those lights were very likely fake/decoy lights to throw people off about the actual styling. Nothing new, Toyota has often done that for many years with prototype vehicles in real world testing.
Thanks for the reference. You would think that if that was the case, they would have deemed it a "concept." Or maybe something is just getting lost in translation.
Anybody notice the last 2 pics of the RC on the Lexus site? The headlights are different, seems fenders are not as pronounced, the crease towards the back may be rounded out. Etc. Seems a little toned down from the original to me. Could this be a glimps at the production version?

My guess is that Lexus will use dual projector headlights on RC350 and F cars. The headlights with triple LEDs are hybrid only.

RC350
Hybrid only?
I hope the triple LEDs are available as options on all the variants. They're a really interesting design, and suit the 'edginess' of the RC, especially the upcoming F-Sport/F models. LEDs allow designers much more scope to implement interesting headlight clusters, and I hope with the upcoming models (ie NX) that we continue to see new designs that push the boundaries a little, rather than just the old safe road.

I agree. I mean even on the projector setup, they are using the visible amber for the turn signal. Wish the LEDs would just be standard, so when you see them on the road it makes a bigger statement as I'm sure if offered as an option, you won't see them very often.
