No need for reliability or handling when you can win the traffic light wars! As long as the engine lets go AFTER the drag race is over, it's fine 
That seems to be all anyone cares about these days unfortunately; doesn't matter if it handles like a turd, as long as it has traction off the line and gets to 60 quicker than anyone else.

The 2015 Lexus RC Coupe will be available in an unusual new shade of red.

Pricing on the optional paint was not announced and the name of the color was not disclosed. The RC Coupe is slated for launch in 2014.
"A more dynamic red exterior paint color is made brighter and with more contrast thanks to an entirely new painting process, using a 2-color base of both silver and red," the automaker said.
The color uses 4 base coats of paint.
"Layers of colored and clear coating are used to control some of the color's reflections and establish a balance between the brightness and depth — 2 elements that traditionally work against each other," Toyota said.
The prototype 2015 RC Coupe, a 4-seater designed to serve as the next "halo" car for the Lexus brand, made its world debut at the 2013 Tokyo Auto Show.
The RC Coupe is a critical car for the upscale Lexus brand, since it is intended to fill the hole in the lineup left by the Lexus SC coupe and the Lexus LFA supercar. Production of the SC ended in 2010 and the final LFA was built last December.
Edmunds says: Yet another way to underscore the fact that the 2015 Lexus RC Coupe is set to be a head-turner.
