Default Lexus audio issues

So I have a ‘17 rc350, when playing Spotify through any connection my Spotify pauses and plays rapidly and I don’t get anything through, it does it as well on the screen pausing and playing etc. this doesn’t always happens but when it does it’s quite irritating. So then I go to radio and continues giving me buffer through the radio. I was thinking replacing the Amplifier. Or even the stereo but I can’t find any stereos with rca outputs because I will be installing my subwoofers very soon. The subwoofers aren’t the point nor question. Why does my Lexus do that? I have a screen recording of it doing what it’s doing. Lexus doesn’t get a reading that there is anything wrong with the sound system.

Could be wired connection issue. But if you’re saying it’s happening to both your phone and radio it could be a signal issue? Most of the time if my music lags or buffers it’s because of a data issue (ie me going into my parking garage).

if you want to check the amp and stereo
Car in ign, headlights off, click continue, make sure maps is open on your screen

While pressing and holding the "MENU" switch, operate the light control switch in the following sequence: Off → Tail → Off → Tail → Off → Tail → Off. It will only be accessible within 15 seconds of turning the car on
Check out what code it gives you

What do you mean tail? The **** turns from off - > auto - > night light - > headlamp on.
