Hi LexRx,
It looks like you let the air out of my air bags.
The first time I got an oil change on this car, I forgot to tell them to flip the switch on my air suspension system. He ran the car while it was up on the lift and when he let it down, it looked just like your picture.

That's pretty cool. Stock air suspension in a sedan - very nice. That's one thing my mom's LS doesn't have and I wish it did. No biggie though.
