IS300 AWD Exhaust options in NY

From NY; friend told me about not being able to change his exhaust on his vette due to a recent law. i looked into the latest version of the SLEEP law but wasnt clear, do i have any aftermarket exhaust options?

We have a lot of clients in New York with exhausts and headers, just have to check emissions laws for NY specifically.
