Default Need help with my 2009 is250

Hello so about a month ago I had a crack in my radiator and it made my car overheat so I pulled over on the highway turned the car off waited a bit and tried to turn the car on but wouldn’t start. Ugh so I left it there to go get help and when I came back chp had it towed my hazard lights were on and stayed on till Monday, this happened Saturday. When I went to get the car out my battery was dead. The tow guy tried to charge it and no luck. I towed the car to my cousins house and went to get the battery charged. When I went to go get it back my battery was going round. So I took it back to nappa to get it changed and spent 50 bucks there. Got the new battery in my car and still won’t start. I then have it towed to the Lexus dealership and they tell me i lost compression and I need a new engine and gave me a quote of 7,000 for a used engine.
well I didn’t have that money so I was going to have it towed home. The tow driver said he knew someone and I’m desperate so we tow the car to the guys house and he tells me his price will be 4,000 for a used engine. I tell him I found one for 800 online can he put that one in instead he tells me yea but if it don’t work he’s going to charge me double to take it out. I didn’t like the way this guy was acting so I just had my car towed home. When I got my car home I noticed a few things I had in my car that’s missing. I new I didn’t like this guy.

so I decided to look into my car myself I drained the radiator and oil. Where I found I had coolant in my oil. I still don’t know why my car don’t start. Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you

Coolant in oil means a blown head gaskets which was caused by the engine over heating. Even if it did start the engine wouldn't run for long and would destroy itself if that hasn't happened already. Sorry to give you bad new but you do in fact need a replacement engine. Unless you can find someone to replace your engine for a reasonable cost it will make more sense to replace the car.

You're in Cali should be able to find a small shop to swap the engine for you. Hopefully someone here can hook you up.
