Hey y'all, I just installed the injen intake on my gfs 2016 Lexus IS 200T F-sport. after installing I took it for a test drive and found that it makes a pretty loud whistling noise whenever I accelerate. I don't know if this is normal or a cause for concern because I also have an injen intake on my 2021 tacoma and its never made any noise like this. if anyone also has the same intake please let me know if this is normal or if there is something wrong thank you!

 

Wrong group. This is the 1st gen IS300 group. You want the 3rd gen IS group

 

I have the same intake and mine also makes that noise. 30,000 miles later and no problems so far – sounding like a air leak the whole time.
The sound goes away when you floor it btw.
