toms air filter

how does the toms drop in filter compare to the k&n. can i expect better performance out the toms?

Don't count on any noticeable performance gain from a drop in filter.

the toms filter i have research to death and based on my findings is a true high flow filter.. it uses no oils so no problem with clogging maf sensor

i have compared the srt setup with the toms drop in and porting my oem box and feeding it more cooler air from down next to the fog light and guess what ,, 0-60 times abit quicker with the toms , 30-80 better throttle response from the toms set up however the srt set up got me to speed just a tad quicker but nothing dramatic except for the noise though..

in conclusion , neither the toms drop in or any intake for that matter will dramatically improve hp and trq for the vvti tech is just too smart but one can improve throttle respose hence getting to speed abit quicker
