Hey guys I’m getting this weird noise when I start and let it run at idle. It does not do it every time I start it up. I will be pulling the valve covers see if there is any damage on my weekend.

List of things I’ve already checked:

90-120psi oil pressure
Checked vvti solenoid (moves freely)
Dumped the oil and found no shavings.
Checked oil fill and cam was getting oil.
Primed oil through oil feed line 6qts with a garden sprayer.
