Default Crankcase Ventilation to Intake Removal

Have any of you removed the crankcase ventilation that goes into the intake pipe? I know RR-Racing has a setup that allows this with their intake tube.

I want to keep the OEM sound generator intake tube and remove the crankcase ventilation coming from the valve cover and install a filter.
