Default Vsc, check engine light, red triangle

I just had my cats gutted and removed some kind of muffler from the middle of the exhaust, the runs like a banshee now but I have the lights in the title on, does anyone know how to resolve this? Will tuning the ECU fix this issue? My goal was to get the car to breathe better for performance and it did, but I can't do the indicators on the display, any advice?

Are you going to get the RR Racing tune? If so, tell them what you're currently encountering and what you're done to the exhaust and have them confirm BEFORE placing your order with them.
