IS350c Turbo vs LS swap?

IS350c Turbo vs LS swap?
I've had an IS350c since new and it still drives like the day I bought it. But I've been craving more power / speed. So I got an Audi RS3 and now I know what a quick car feels like!
But I still like the Lexus. It's fun to drive, especially with the top down. The gearing is such that it jumps of the line. Anyways, I want to keep it but want it to have more power to make it quicker.
Add a turbo? Do an LS swap? I've read that the ECU in this car cannot be tampered with, does that mean you have to add another ECU to make it work? Any info if you have experience or links to projects would be appreciated. Also, if there are performance shops that you know in Southern California that could do this. To thank you all, I'll document the whole process on Club Lexus.
