Simple question: do 3g IS owners chose to gut the cats in their headers!? I know this was a power gain mod on the 2g IS but I didn’t see many posts here. Removing and installing aftermarket headers is a pain staking ordeal. Something as basic as gutting the stock cats is both simple and yields power on the 2grfse.

So has anyone done it and was their a CEL to address? Thanks
