The setup looks similar to the ISF HKS SSM exhaust system in function with low speed exhaust gasses being routed to the large cylinder while fast exhaust gasses(i.e. when you step on the throttle) bypass and go straight through. For our cars we don't gain much from muffler swaps since it's not the most restrictive thing in the system. I'd advise driving around with it and if you don't like the sound, just swap it out with something else.

Thanks for reply.. Car will be with me in 2 months as it need to be shipped from Japan to UK but guy which has tested it he have tested ISF before jumped in to this IS350s and according to him it sounds very similar to if not that sam as ISF.
So it is improved in bhp after having this sort of thing or is better gain on straight thorough...?

I had the same concept installed on my custom exhaust, killed 70-80% of slow exhaust drone but had about 90% loudness when WOT before I had installed it. I basically had no resonators straight to Flowmasters and it was super addicting to drive under WOT but I was getting a headache at 70-80 mph cruising. Standard resonators killed about 30% of the original drone but the sound when WOT became extremely muted as well so I tried this setup.

We don't make that much power from the exhaust unless you do headers, so if your cats are still in place I'd recommend looking for the sound you want rather than try to find the system with the most HP.

I'm going to agree and say that you should go with an exhaust that sounds good to you and not worry about the hp. If you worry about hp, go with a 2.5" exhaust with high flow components. I have a dual 2.5" exhaust with high flow cats and flow through mufflers and it sounds ok with little drone.
