Btw i believe the ecu after a disconnevt , learns up until the coolant temp reaches normal or turns on the fan. It may hunt at idle and flat spot a bit until it learns you may have to coax it a bit.
Also initial suspicion is airflow meter may be faulty or low quality.

Default (Solved mine)

Well i worked it out .
when they fitted a second hand engine to it they changed the timing belt and crank seal .
dun dun dar they broke a tooth off the crank cam pulley. (Making the ECU think it has two TDC )
why this makes it kill spark to coil 1 and 6 and also kill the injection for 2 and 5 .
who knows but mine runs sweet now

Default A theory

Well i had a thought today .
i put the crank it the location so the missing tooth was inline with the pickup and it is very close to been the firing point for coil 1/6 which might also be the point the ECU uses to time the injection for 2/5 .
just a thought

Might be useful knowing that esp for aristo vs gs crank trigger systems .

the exact same thing is going on with mine except it only runs for about 1 min everything you listed plus changed the igniter, coils, coil wires, spark plugs and wires and the ECU! what's going on ? Any luck on how to fix?
