Default Secondary catalytic converter delete?

I have a 2015 Lexus IS250 F Sport. I have done a muffler delete, HPS cold air intake, F Sport lower air box, and K&N air filter. I am thinking about cutting out my secondary catalytic converters for more power! Was wondering if anyone has done this and does it cause the ECU to throw codes? Also I know the O2 sensor is before the secondary catalytic converter so hopefully it wont throw a code but would like to know for sure before I go through with it. Also thinking about buying the PPE headers are they long tube if so what do you do with the catalytic converters? I live in state with no emission checks so if I could remove all the catalytic converters which would be great but what do you do with the O2 sensors? I have found RR RACING OXYGEN SENSOR CONDITIONER FOR LEXUS IS 250/350 but it only goes up to a 2013 model so will these work? Any info would be greatly appreciated.
