Intake Require Tune?

Intake Require Tune?
Hey all, I'm new to the Lexus brand. I have been driving Subarus for the past 10 years (05 WRX and 11 STI) If you change a lug nut these cars require a tune. Is my 2016 IS200T the same? Will adding an intake require a tune to run safely?
