Have to sell my APEXi quad axle exhaust (2017+) as well. Was on for about 5 hours and went back to stock. Definitely too loud, especially here in nyc. Will be going up ebay soon.

I've been pouring over exhaust information for weeks. I've only fiddled with intakes and on a different car. If I switch out the oem muffler with an aftermarket will it make it any louder or do I need to just wait for an axle, cat or full system?

I think replacing your mufflers with aftermarket ones would be called an axleback setup. But replacing mufflers will absolutely make the car louder. For some people that's enough loudness, for others, they'll do the midpipe, which is just behind the primary cats. doing the midpipe and the mufflers would be called a catback setup.

Been a bout a year with my setup. I've either gotten used to it or it has gotten quieter. Hard to tell.
