I have been on the forum for a while now. I own a 2010 Toyota RAV4 V6. What drew me her is a friend of mine who I use to bracket race with traded his RAV4 in for a Lexus GS300. Anyways, I have read the 20 something pages of the OVT Tuned thread. Has anyone considered using a company called R9K Tuned? They are located in Puerto Rico. I have been having my RAV4 ECU reflashed with good results while N/A. I recently added forced induction and will be testing a new tune on the stock ECU, with larger fuel injectors (When they arrive). He has tuned some Lexus (IS350 to be specific). His response time in turnaround is fast an I have never had any problems with communication, any time of day.

Just wanted to put it out there that you guys have other options that perhaps you haven't explored yet. R9K Tuned is on Facebook.

I need to read the OVT Tuned thread again for some before and after 1/4 mile time data. I don't recall reading anything on that (Gtech info and maybe Torque Pro).
