So in order to take full advantage of the increased rev limiter of the tune, we have to drive in Sport mode?

Yes for the 2IS that is currently the case. And not just drive in Sport mode, but also use the gear limiter (paddles) as I mentioned above.

So is there any benefits in regular mode? Performance wise?

I've read a lot about driving in manual mode on the forum, how do we do that since my IS350 is automatic not a stick shift one?

In sport mode and use the paddle shifters on the steering wheel. That's The manual mode reading about.

Ah, that's what it is, I have to try that and I also see + and -min S mode, what is that? Hey tlts82, have you got yours yet? You'll be really happy with it, it's worth every penny of it.

Still waiting on my tune.... All I see is the is350 guys with handhelds. I'm wondering if they can't do the is250.

Wow, I own the car for so long and never pay attention to this, until now. Thanks, it's very informative. You learn something new every day. Of, your IS is a 250? Good luck with the tune whenever you get it.

Default 3IS 250 working OV tune (2014)

Anyone running this on regular pump gas 93 premium? With or without stock parts. I seem to have lost a few of my stock parts but love the idea.

Yes it just basically means that your ECU# in not in their system. I'm still waiting to be added almost 2 months now. How long have you've been waiting?

Ive been waiting since the beginning of april, however they just emailed me back today saying it was updated and I was able to transfer my files to them. So I should get my tunes by the end of the week.

Ok it's been about 3 months now and it's no go still on my handheld working. It took them 2 months to reply to me that they figured the issue was. It was older calibration ID for my ecu this was on May 15th. They said the have all the tech steam stuff to find this out what ecu ID is what. So this takes 2 months? They asked me trying to figure out the best method to get it done quicker. By sending my ECU in. I told them know because it's my daily. They replied they would try to see if they can source an ECU with my calibration. I bought the never been tuned model for this reason. So at this point it's 3 months exactly still no reply after a month more. I'll give them another few weeks. Then I'll ask if I can just sell this thing, because it's not married to any ECU. It still says never been used before on the screen.

I have an extra ECU, I can set the vin to match your car and you can try to see if that works. It is from an 06/07 IS350, I can't remember which year but the ECU works, it is what I used when I sent out my ECU for the initial bench flash.
