Default Car turns off the moment the engine is on

I turn my engine on the moment it's on for 1 second it shuts off ,this was after I changed my spark plug wires and ignition coils , and a sensor from my ignition coil broke so I'm unable to connect it to the ignition coil can that cause my car to turn off if I don't have an ignition coil sensor connected ?

so without the coil connector on the ignition coil the spark plug connected to that coil is unable to create any spark ?
